I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that BIR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Band Into Real reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I agree that by registering to staff, I will be available for the entire staffing experience, starting at 9:00am on Thursday morning until completion at 4:30pm on Sunday afternoon. If for any reason I can not be available during this time, in its entirety, I will be subject to the cancellation policy.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.

Special Note: Staff Lodging

Please note that the staffing fee includes Wednesday night lodging (April 14); however, you must confirm your early arrival by April 9 if you plan to come early. You will receive instructions on how to confirm your spot in your order confirmation email.

Please note: The first meal included is lunch on Thursday (April 15). We are offering an Early Arrival Meal Deal for $40 which includes both Wednesday dinner and Thursday breakfast. This will be paid separately. More details to follow.
